Our basic rates for web site design are shown below. The pricing reflects all components for designing and putting your web site online - hyperlinks, graphics, web site design, web hosting setup, email forwarding, 1 set of minor revisions, web site upload, 1-time submission to major search engines, and photos from our photo subscription.

The Process and Payment Schedule

To begin the process an initial sample will be created based upon client requirements. Minor revisions are included in the pricing. Once the look, feel and the details of the web site are agreed and signed off, the construction will begin.

At this stage of the process the payment in full for a One, Three and Five page site is required and a 50% deposit for the custom site will be due. No work will commence until these payments are made. The contract you will sign outlines any progress payments required and upon completion all balances must be paid prior to the site going live.
